Probably , as the apartments size big not really good for investment but ok for end users , just need to pay the service charge bill .

I also know few investors but their OP was high , market is like 50% now , even less if its lower floor and facing the Pentominium..

What was the OP for this tower and what was the payment plan?

Guys, I've noticed that here in the UAE Forum, 23 Marina is 395m, but in the WND Forums >> http://www.skyscrapercity.com/showthread.php?p=91721066#post91721066 it is 393m. Which one is correct?

Btw, the article I posted actually states 393m also.
