The last one is not completely new project - they'll finish unfinished commieblock. That's why it isn't very nice.

The map is very useful, and that sure is an impressive amount of buildings going up in Kaunas! :okay:

But say, I'm sort of disappointed by the generally boxy appearance of the buildings. :( So I'm hoping they are early renderings and will develop lots of individual appeal and character before they're actually built. :angel1:
