This project isn't new, but I don't think anyone has posted anything on it here. It's under construction, due to finish soon.

27 storey tower on the corniche, overlooking the sea. Developed by UDC (Abdulaziz Kamel), the company that built Bouyoutat housing compound. You can see similarities in the finishing style.

here's a photo I took with my cameraphone (hence the bad quality) last week.
