The building will be EPCC's new headquarters. The tower will be 18 floors, and is located on the Dammam-Khobar freeway, adjacent to the ROC, Dana, and Nada gated-communities.

The tower frame was fully complete in December 2004. The building should be undergoing final touches right about now. It is located right across the highway from a land plot that has been fenced of for a 30 storey tower owned by Shiekh Suwaikit.

Both these buildings are a few blocks from what is rapidly turning into Khobar's "financial district" a cluster or mid-rise towers that is easily viewed from most of the city's vantage points.

The Khobar real-estate market is really starting to gather steam. When I was there this Christmas, everywhere you look they have buildings coming up. The Hada and Golden Belt districts around our compound are really turning into hot-spots. I mean its one palace right next to the other for miles on end, and these are like the most astounding architectural wonders I have seen, just AMAZING houses.

I belive that after the completion of the Shubili Development, City Fanar, Dorrat Al Khobar, Jawharat Al Sharq and nother new development, then Khobar will be noticed in the middle east. I used to live in Khobar 5 years ago and this year I came back and saw the big transform in the city's infrastructre, especially in the Azizia area. Huge reclaimation projects are steadly going on there. The city has big potential to be Saudi's commercial and shopping center.

It's not exactly a phone. It's more of a PPC called I-Mate PDA2K.
