yes, its not it best angle, up close its a nice building

to the right of the hemisphere new projects include westralian 18 levels construction starts feb, burt way twin 13 & 14 levels towers approved and the ABC site

hmmm i just dont like panaroma .. sorry... i hate the two boxes on the roof... inside it looks great but outside its not that good... the sides and teh top or crapola..:(

i hope westralia is better... but some of the renderings i have seen are damn short and fat :(

i think hemisphere will look nice... in teh renderings i have seen the balconies are nicely colored... :) it shoudl be very nice.. just wish it was 50% taller

it has toped out, and the feature on the top is being erected, looks abit like a mini felix tower [brisbane] should be fully complete in next couple of months

the crane was being taken down today, the roof feature is complete, and the tower is almost fully completed, residents should be moving in, in a few months, nice little addition to the eastend !

Yeah, I saw it yesterday. Looking very good, but that end of town of will look so much better with a few more developments (e.g. ABC, Westralia, Burt Way).

The builders are currently having a great time building a 10-ft high wall around Hemisphere to separate it from all the riff-raff....there is already graffiti on it!

the ground level give me this shits, its the inner city not the burbs its fully screened from the street no ground floor activity not even gardens just a giant fence, this is doing nothing to add life to the city, its just more subrbia in the city, just taller
and dilaz graffiti is EVERYWHERE, no part of perth escapes it
