Jalan Satrio (Picture 1) does have it shares of traffic jam but I've never seen a jam with such scale on that road. The traffic in Pictures 2-3 is a daily occurrence and the last picture is lol , nice candid shot.

Anyways here are some scenes from Delhi. Its roads are congested but not as much as those of some SEA cities even after having 11 million vehicles on its roads as the roads here were wide since beginning and govt invested heavily on road infrastructure.

But in Delhi we have a problem which is even more severe than congestion - "lane indiscipline" :bash:. You can ease congestion by spending money but how can you teach the a**hole drivers to drive in lanes :ohno:. People here drive like 10 year old kids. And lane indiscipline makes congestion even worse.


That's how we drive :ohno: You will get a prize if you can spot even 10 vehicles driving in lane.

well because this thread is about the worst places to drive in, not a hgihway showcase thread.. heheh.. that's one reason... but anyway, just post any photos of traffic situations here, good or bad, as long as it's fitting to be in this thread, it's absolutely welcome addition here! those indian and saigon roads look well-maintained...

I agree this thread has been going on for awhile and has accomplished..nothing :lol:. Feel free to open up another thread similar to this but please no "best" or "worst".
