Signature Hotel at Sobily Port

As many of you know, Shobily Port is the premier residential and entertainment development that is emerging on the Khobar coastline within close proximity to the King Fahd Bridge. The project encompasses several stunning properties, including an upscale "floating mall", the first of its kind in the Middle East. The latest addition to the development is a signature hotel which will incorporate 5000 sq. m. of lush landscaping with luxury water-front villas and an outstanding beach-style hotel.

The applied style of architecture in this part of the project is very reminiscent of the style of hotels and resorts in the Spanish town of Marbella.

Cool project... any idea how much a villa would cost there? These villas are for sale, right?

huit, I'm not sure. i don't think they are for sale, not these at least. I think these villas are going to be part of the hotel property and are going to be rented out on a nightly/weekly/monthly basis. But they do have units for sale at Sobily Port, but i don't think they are houses, I think they are going to be located within the high-rise blocks
