A business park located just off Tahlia street in Jeddah. Styled in traditional Hijazi architecture.

I love this building, building horizontal makes sense for Saudi Arabia a nation with so much barren land, never really understood the economic sense of building vertical in the mid east. Have to say its a majestic structure love the dome, modern islamic architecture at its finest.

true your right UofT 50meters can handle approx 46-50 cars! so the car is just too bug exagerated. but to give us a better view maybe. Great islamic Hijazi architecture.

Don't have many details, I just came across the place while driving. Construction has finished and it is open for business.

Hijazzy this is one beautiful piece of architecture. I love the mosque and the
typical Hijazzi wood carnation. I had no idea it was finished. Thank you so
much for the updating.

I've seen UDC's Buyutat al Aamal (they call it Business Park) located on Sari St. with the same style but at a smaller size. Is it the same project as the one here?

UDC stands for Urban Development Company. http://www.udc.com.sa/
