^^they are pretty much done, the first pictures must have been from a little while ago. They still have inside work to do, but the building has been topped out for quite some time

I dont really like this much, the ledges on each floor make it look lumpy, would have been better as a sheer face I think.

I used to like Pelli's towers,however, this one is an exception.Apart from the base,the rest of the structure doesn't appeal me.

I read somewhere on at SSP that the 856 ft height is the height above sea level, and the height from the ground is actually 806 ft (246 m)

is it just me or is this towers facade and design almost the same as Sydney lattitude tower (also recently completed)

The penthouses (2 per floor on 54 and 55) are very nice (hardwood floors, fancy cupboards, nice appliances) but it is the SINGLE penthouse on FL 53 that is incredible. One whole floor. Wow.

Talk about your views!!

(heard it was about $27M for that apartment.)

well, that's what I was told. Could be more...
Monthly condo fees are $16,000.

(Did I mention the floor to ceiling window in the walk-in closet? A skyscraper fan should have this place.)

The tall construction crane is no longer there, the building's pretty much completed now.
