Absolutely hideous. A detriment to the skyline of Milwaukee. The surface parking lot that was there previously was better designed architecturally than this building. The 1980s was a poor decade for architecture in downtown Milwaukee.

I would vote it 2/10 but you don't have that in your poll.

I was suprised to discover this one on here as i remember passing the site as the foundtion stone was being laid.

So i gave it an extra half point because it was nice sunny day way back in '86/'87 and it mirrors city hall just over the road. Yay Milwaukee
