Downhill from Braemar Hill (http://www.skyscrapercity.com/showthread.php?t=195009) is North Point, an older district along Hong Kong Island's north shore. This part of town hasn't been significantly redeveloped so it has retained much of its character for the past few decades. However, there are a few interesting contrasts with several recent projects.
