Awesome buildings. Lotte World 2 doesn't look that bad in that rendering.

It's very simple.

If the building is residential or at least mixed-use, it will be built.

If the building is for commericial/business-purpose, we can't be sure even after the construction actually begins. kekeke~! :D

DMC - yes it will be built.
Lotte 2 - i'm not sure but Seoul airport might move so I'm optimistic that it will be built.
Asia trade center- will definitely be built
SIFC- will be built as well
