We'll see ;) This is private money and private land. They do it on their own risk. Let wish them the best.

Actually I thought the same (about arenas). There were some complaints from Rubicon Group (company which built Siemens Arena in Vilnius) that Siemens Arena already brings losses and now they are asking for financial support from the municipality :|. According to them the arena is too big to be profitable during all events which are held there. So I have doubts if two big arenas in Kaunas are anyhow possible and if this is according to any economic logics. ;)

IMO these two arenas (Mega and this) are just trojan horse :D
But the Arena in city center will be build surely. The construction is starting in June.
