Great work sdtj, Mission Hill this one of my favorite neighborhood in SD along with Mission Hills and Point Loma.

Well over course it depends on the size of house and the lot size. I would say most of the homes in that particular North West corner of Mission Hills above Old Town San Diego are million dollar homes. A small fixer upper is propably $800,000 at least. This is a very exclusive neighborhood made up of "Old San Diego money" if you will.

This has been an upscal neighborhood since the 1920's. Very quite, private and tucked in to its own little nook. Yeah you basically can' touch this hood :pet:
