Quite a few mid-sized buildings coming up, most of them unfortunately unsigned. 1 or 2 however are.

Fitaihi auction house: Located on Medina road, between the Fitaihi department store and the old (ie current) Amana building. It's finished in sandstone and blue glass, and it's in similar height to the surrounding towers, so should be about 16 storeys. Virtually finished.

Here's one site that has a picture but no name. It's on the Corniche, close to Nawras junction. The contractor is called Saudi Dorion. That's all I know about it. But the rendering looks cool.

What's the status of the construction?

When I was in Jeddah 2003 they were working on those contractions (the
once are shown in the photo), I thought they are about to finish. Could you
tell me the current statue of those twin towers? I thought they are owned
by Ka3ki family, am I right?
