You know with litter etc Zim Flyer April 1st, 2005, 05:31 PM I honestly don't know, I don't think it should be a problem, I guess it depends on what's in the leaflets. Medo April 1st, 2005, 05:44 PM I think it's quite legal to distribute leaflets. I don't think you need to get a special licence from the police or the coulcil. ROYAL BLUE April 1st, 2005, 07:07 PM Its legal in the midlands - not sure if there are any bylaws in oxford street though JDRS April 1st, 2005, 07:16 PM I'm fairly sure you're allowed to distribute leaflets freely on any street. Raza April 1st, 2005, 07:21 PM are the leaflets, naked and horny pictures of yours? Gareth April 1st, 2005, 07:27 PM Oxford Street's bleding reiculous. I've never seen anything like it when it comes to flyers. After repeatedly saying no thankyou, I noticed what must have been a local just accept them, on automatic pilot and then deposit the whole lot in the first bin he saw. A good tip in my opinion. WatcherZero September 23rd, 2009, 11:58 PM Sounds like a Uni town during freshers week, every bar and club within 10 miles will have people giving out flyers.
