I think you forgot to mention the Mariott Hotel in Gwadar because the hashoo group is building these as 2 seperate projects and also the reported plan to build a sheraton in Islamabad.

sultan hes talking about MARRIOT HOTEL not pearl continental. but yeh that would be in golden palms and golden palms isnt even built yet, so it would take quite long before that one starts and hushoo group dnt build shearton hotels, but there is gona be a shearton in isloo and lahore soon.

lahore is also getting a hyatt, serena and obroy hotels. obroy is indias largets hotel company.

I have been told by many agents and people in Pakistan that DHA in Islamabad will be a great area when complete. Just wondering how is this area coming along and whats your views is it worth buying something like a plot or an apartment in this area ?

KARACHI: The Defense Housing Authority (DHA) has started building a museum complex over five acres of land acquired from the Pakistan Railways, stated a press release on Saturday.

The project includes a Contemporary Art Museum, Karachi Heritage Museum, Folk Art Museum and Army Museum. The Foundation for Museum of Modern Art (FOMMA) will set up the FOMMA-DHA Art Centre temporarily at a building at the Race Course Gardens, which has been made available by DHA.

It has a display space for medium-sized exhibitions and facilities for group discussion, lectures, seminars, slide shows, etc, at the gardens. A small art library and database on contemporary art and artists along with current art journals, monographs and audio-visual material are also part of the museum.

FOMMA is actively working to establish contacts with the major museums of modern art in various countries to make arrangements with them for the exchange of art publications and other audio-visual material. It is also working with DHA and the Heritage Foundation to develop a museum enclave as part of the DHA’s 112-acre Race Course Garden project. ppi

radision hotel in lahore sounds good i had never seen that building on mm alm road

this hotel is located as you go from hussain chowk on mm alam road towards firdous market, right on the corner when you turn left towards the jinnah flyover you see this building on your left.. not much work is seen thier lately.. maybe theyr working on the interior.. a little exterior work is still pending.. but it will be a good addition for lahore...

the building is right oppersite firdus market, on the right side of quideazam fly over when your coming off it,

The project is going at a slow pace! Currently they are working on the interior finishes!
