Meclis-i Mebusan Avenue is between Karaköy and Dolmabahçe. Avenue takes its name from last Ottoman parliament. Today this parliament building is being used as Mimar Sinan Fine Arts University. Historical places, business buildings (low rise) and university, all of them together...

If I remember correctly someone had written here something about where the name comes from saying that it was the old name of Turkey's constitution.

Yes it is true. The last parlianment building of Ottomans on this street and it is being used as university now...
