Portugal undergone 20 years of almost total reconstruction. Today the photos reflect all that work. Yet, the renewal process is still being carried out. It should last for a decade more.

Portugal is a clean country. In fact the least polluted in Western Europe.

about 3000-3500, for me it's far away ;) in fact Portugal is a bit outside, so i had no much possibilities to go there. but after i saw these pics i have to visit it! it became one of my dreams :D maybe in winter when i'll freeze my a.. here and in Oporto shines sun. :)

Not really, although someone is using our city's name to promote products that are not truely portuguese. Do they serve Poert Wine? If so, then it's portuguese for sure. :)

The man who established this chain is from Portugal
and he uses a secret recipe to make his burgers; he puts a
really nice spicy sauce in them. It's a chicken place mostly though :)

Not really, although someone is using our city's name to promote products that are not truely portuguese. Do they serve Poert Wine? If so, then it's portuguese for sure. :) You're right about that. It's junk food, over-rated, heavily marketed, round every corner. It's as good and bad as other fast-food.

that's because it is new and they want it to make it contemporary looking and stike to what's important and useful, albeit with local character (granite), so the result is a very clean image in underground stations.
