Yet another nice example of that new yet understated architectural style...something I REALLY like about it...ain't gonna get much notice in architectural circles, cause it's not "interesting" enough...but it appeals to me more than most. I think because it has a hint of 50's modernism in the mix.

Also love those little side streets running east off Yonge in the north end of downtown....nice mature trees...impossible blend of sizes, eras and styles...but it works so well....love the feeling you get walking down them.
