Which district(s) form Beijing's main CBD (Central Business District)? I heard it was Chaoyang, but I could be wrong...

Yes, the CBD is a small part of Chaoyang District, which is in the east of the city. In the fifth pic above, you can see some buildings in the far distance. They're right in the CBD.
The CBD is still under construction. In several years many tall buildings will rise up there.
