The site is situated in downtown Jeddah (Al Balad Area). It is bounded by
three major streets including King Abdulaziz road on the west. The site area
is 1280 sq.m.

The building will consist of office space (tower), retail space (ground floor
and mezzanine floors) and parking (three levels plus street parking). The
property is to appeal to general business looking for a branch in the high
density Balad area specific business segments, specifically the textile industry
and the garment industry due to the sites proximity to their concentration
centers. The project is approximately 16,000 sq.m. of office building
distributed on 20 floors as well as specialized retail (bank) in the ground floor
and casual dining restaurant or Cafe targeting upscale clientele on the
penthouse roof. The project estimate cost is 35 million Saudi Riyal.

King Abdulaziz street is in al-Balad. It's the street where the NCB building and Mahmal centre are located.

ah i think i know where it will built there only one plot not use yet in right side Saudi Telecom and mail building

i seen it today in newspaper it has 24 stores and calld AL ESAYI TOWER i will take photo for it today inshallah.

Assaudia Real Estate Development, a wholly owned subsidiary of the Omar K. Al-Esayi Group (OKAG), has unveiled Al-Esayi Tower, a 24-story tower located in Al-Balad, Jeddah's historic downtown district.

I second that. Since it is an international forum and the main purpose of this forum is to share infrastructure development of various countries, the purpose would be served better if everyone understands the posted information.

the other tower in article about Corniche 52 that i posted 4 days ago!
and yes guys translate the articles to English,do it as a facts,like what i did in headquarters report!

Sorry for not translating guys... there's really nothing to translate except for the highlighted part which is about another toer that the same company is proposing in northern corniche with a 52 F...

ومعلنين عن برج على الكورنيش بيكون 52 طابق يعني 20 سنة ويبدون فيه هههههه

البرج اللي 52 طابق كانه تصميم برج سنيريا تقاطع العليا مع التحلية صحيح ولا اتهيء

من يوم شفت الموقع الي حطو فيه البرج في البلد جنب عمارة البنك الاهلي وانا غاسل يدي

لا اعتراضي على الموقع مو على شكل الابراج

لانه غلطانين بانين مبنى جديد في منطقة قديمة ممكن تكون ظمن الاماكن المستهدفه للازالة والهدم

ما في امل يزبطو هديك المنطقة فـ ارتاح لوووول
خليهم يبدأو في خزام و الرويس
بعدين بصراحة المفروض خلاص يزبطو الشوارع و يبنو الاراضي الفاضية
