It ROCKS! It looks even better in that pic than in the previous ones. The lowrise part is nice, too. Usually the lower part is wider and more flat, but Tornimäe makes a nice exception. Gotta love that building.

From the rendering looks tall. How many storeys?

Shumi... i have absolutely no idea.....im confused between 30 and 35

you see in the renders you can clearly count more then 30 close to 35, in the documents they sayd a floor will be 3,3 m high, since the tower itself is 114,9m it would make sense that it was more then 30 floors coz if it was 30 floors the height would be 99m... but its not so this is ... i have no clue

You can count at least 31 floors - description says:
The gas boiler house serving the residential building will be located on the 31st floor.

Nice one, it will be one of the best highrises in Baltic region for sure.

BTW it's residential, office's or mixed use?

residential... polyfunctional, and the lower portion will be also shopping and conference centre ;)

one tower residential, the other hotel...

why are you all refering to it as singular its Plural there are infact 2 towers 2 towers 2!
