No... i think they will make it into something like central park in New York... but i am not sure

Those empty spaces beside the massing models in the new CBD at Marina South are future developments. The Singapore's 'central park' which I think are named 'Marina Central Park' are the patch of rectangular area with trees. It is gonna be 3/4 surrounded by buildings in the future. ;)
