Living in Riverside (But also live in LA) I can attest to the horrible traffic in Riverside. We have the 4th worst traffic in the nation (LA is 6). However, with the construction of a new interchange at the 60/91/215 (The old one was a cloverleaf..horrible), it'll help alleavite some of the traffic problems.
