Khobar Residential Tower

The site is located on the North-eastern side of the Al-Khobar city. It is situated on the intersection of 28th and King Faisal streets. The project is a 20 floors distinctive residential and commercial tower. It compromises of basement floors for car parks and services. Ground floor for shops, supermarket, administration offices and entrance lobbies. And the mezzanine floor for business centers, meeting rooms, administration offices and VIP health club. First floor for restaurants and kitchens. Second to Fourteenth floors for apartments while the Twentieth floor is a circular restaurant seating 70 persons. The 15th has a roof garden as well. The project total built-up area is 28.652 sq.m. The preliminary design has been done in 2003.
