The project is a residential tower for bachelors consisting of 100 units with supporting amenities. On the ground floor, there are shops, praying area, administration offices and other facilites. The project total built-up area is 18.528 sq.m and shall be built on a site area of 3.175 sq.m The estimated cost of construction is SR 55 million ($US 15 million). The project was designed in 2002.

I think they have a limit of 30 stories high for some reason, am not sure if it's their belief that anythin higher is a breach of privacy. I've been told by a friend from Riyadh that there is a plan to make Olaya St. (one with kingdom center and faisaliyah a high-rise district, but am not sure if it'll ever see the light. Anyone from Riyadh can maybe brief us more.
As for the building, I like it.

30 storeys is the absolute maximum. But that doesn't take into account that zoning generally is even more restrictive. Most areas will have a height limit of 3-6 storeys.
As for Olaya, yes they're turning it into a high rise zone (slowly). al-Anoud tower is the next skyscraper to be built there.

The construction of Al-Anoud tower has started few months ago and I think its gonna have only 25 floors.

al-Anoud is definitely shorter than Faisaliah and Kingdom. It's about 180m high I think. Not sure.
