[Saudi Dunes]

The site with an area of 1,080 sq.m is located in the city center to the east of the 32 storey headquarters of National Commercial Bank at the entrance of Jeddah downtown. The project comprise a tower of 20 floors. It has car parking in the two-level basement + 3 floors above ground level, a ground level for retail shops and 16 floor of offices. The total built-up area is 24,840 sq.m while the estimated cost of construction is SR 86 million (US$ 23 million). Preliminary design was done in 1996.

I'm really not sure if its "never built" or what it's status is....but a lot of the buildings listed on the site were under construction (they had construction pics) or already exist...

Does anyone have the renderings of the NCB HQ that is being constructed in Riyadh in Al-Wazaraat?? I've heard its a really big project...
