They're both of Buffalo, NY.

I scaled them down to avoid having to scroll to see them.

The first is New Years Eve 2003/4 taken from the bridge where the 33 turns into North Oak.

The second is from a 10th floor hotel suite in the Hyatt NYE 2004/5.

BTW..."Buff City", I have some ideas about how you can get some pretty decent observation level type night shots of the Buffalo skyline.

i like those photos! a lot of color in them for a nighttime shot.

the downtown buildings are also well lit, which with the fireworks and festival lighting, makes for some good shots.
