This is a proposal to build a satellite city that's located on the Jeddah Mecca highway.

Cost: 5 billion SR
Land area: 2 million sq m
City zoned into commerce, residential, education, and resort areas.
* Resort area will contain the largest park in the region, including a water park, theme park and other entertainment facilities.
* 2 school complexes, each containing 3 schools (1 for each level) plus an international school.
* 10 commercial towers, at 10 storeys each, 16 residential towers, and a 20 storey hotel.
* a maternity hospital
* 80 residential villas.
* conference centre with 3 conference halls and 3 auditoria.
* 3 storey mall, and 2 hyper markets (@ 10k sq m each)
* an integrated coach station to service the large volume of coach traffic travelling between Jeddah and Mecca.
* a 20k sq m exhibition centre.
* an LRT train line.
The project is proposed by the Jeddah community centre. The project will be divided into seperate investment portifolios that will be awarded to individual real estate companies. Profits from the venture will go to Jeddah community centre (a charity).
