The second picture is in Ralph Wilson Stadium in Orchard Park, NY September 7th 2003
during the National Anthem just before kickoff of the home opener of the Buffalo Bills
versus the New England Patriots. The Bills won 31-0.

It looks like the entire population of Buffalo (and probably Rochester too, because we don't have any of our own pro-sports teams) is in that damn stadium. It's AMAZING!

^76-80 thousand. Not quite, but it's a sizeable chunk of it.

We had a visiting priest from Buffalo at my church today in Baltimore. He must have mentioned the Bills a dozen times in his homily. He even joked that he wouldn't baptize a baby unless his parents promised to raise him a Bills fan. Buffalo has to be one of the best sports towns in the nation.

TASTE OF BUFFALO festival. I love the first shot, awesome seeing all those people on Main Street. The title sounds appetizing to me, and Buffalo has some fabulous food. Those are the main things in the "summer" time. All you need to add is the Allentown Art Festival and the Sabres/HSBC Arena, and you'll have the first big things Buffalo is all about. :)

Its a shame main st can't look like that every day.
