Ispired by Najd Folklore, the hotel is an archtectural master piece a magnificent new land mark which has become a proud attraction not just for Riyadh but for the Kingdom.

The hotel occupies a total land area of 15,850 square meters and features 170 luxurious rooms plus other world-class amentities including rotating resaurant offering a panoramic view of Riyadh.

It also features two spacious halls for special events, plus other facilities compementing the hotel's distinctive archtectural and interior design. The furnitures draw from traditional Arabic inspirations while providing a modern yet classic touch.

wonderful! great design really! who is doing the furnitures? I dont know about Riyadh but i know in jeddah the most known is Sendian, well the one who did the most culture based furniture in importantn places such as the airport,etc.

I didn't want to say my opinion until I hear yours. Don't you guys think that the glass front ruined the building a little?

As for the status of it, I'm not really sure. I saw couple of days ago a similar shaped building being built on King Fahd Road but I'm not sure if it is this one or not.

I adore this building, but I hope they add more windows!

SkyFan I think the glass front makes it very unique. Very pure beautiful Najdi
architecture.

The building looks very beautiful. The tone of the description below the rendering suggests that it has already been constructed.
