It looks like they've still got a bit to do right up the top there in the plant area, so it'll still be a little while before the cranes come down.

yeah RIParian is a RIPper! all 250m. the mast is actually 70m in length, starting on levl 50 plantroom (20m below roof).
At 250m, its QLDs 2nd tallest structure!

For it's width, the spire is very noticable and really impacts the building. In the car today, I keep my eye on the city as riparian towered above :P

oh and cul, a bit off topic but what's the Dalby mast used for?

A building is finished when crane is gone and external finishes are complete.basically whne nothing else looking from outside is to be done.interior stuff can go one for months.lol

I'm on the lower crane,the higher 750 lifted the spire.All workers employed on Riparian had to sign a confidentiality agreement,regarding certain aspects of the buildings construction,i am one of those. :jk: I'm usually there ten..sometimes more hours a day i prefer not to bring work home,i use these forums as a relaxation tool,although sometimes i get abit caught up in the to and fro. :cheers:

Wow it really made a difference to Riparian!! :) Looks fantastic IMO. Very tall, imagine how Vision is going to look!!

Looks great and as everyone say really does change the skyline for the better. I only wish that the spire would have been integrated better than the simple stick on top look.
