I lost the count how many "new 30 fl. skyscraper in Klaipeda" projects there are at the moment but here's one more.

It's a 30fl., 105m high residential in Minijos st. Construction is due to start in June 2005 and be complete in 16 months. There will be 205 apartments and 205 parking places in a 3 storey multistorey parking. Upper floors will have a double glass facade to protect from strong winds coming from the sea.

woow lets hope they will build this, the skyline will be great in klaipeda
and for such a not very big town, projects are appearing like mushrooms after rain :-]

6 30-storey highrises?? That`s scary. I wonder how this skyscraper looks like in real life.
