The Harbour Front Landmark is a high-rise residential and commercial development comprising three towers of 59, 57 and 55-storeys respectively all built over a 7-storey high commercial podium.

Resident's facilities shall include a club house at the 7th floor with an indoor swimming pool and an outdoor swimming pool on the podium roof. Ample outdoor landscaping is to be provided on the ground floor and on the podium roof.

I like the slim side best.

I really like this design, because it is not the typical residential tower with bay windows and balconies, it looks more like an office tower.

I love the way the glass facade looks. I gave it a 9.5. Besides it is sooooo tall, I wish we had those in Mexico !!!

The slendrness of the main tower makes it seem taller than it actually is. The green glass photographs well. Some interesting angles with a mass of "stuff" along the shoreline. a bit industrial looking in the 2nd pic.

I'm assuming this is a residential tower, looks very slim and flat, nice facade though.. really stands out among the lower surrounding buildings.. nice design for a residential tower. 9/10

7/10 - the pleats and folds in the facade make the shape livlier, the glass catches the light well (I've always liked blue glass in facades, because it goes so well with the sky), and there's an interesting contrast between the curves of the base and the sharp, sometimes almost knife-edged, lines of the tower.

Still, it's really chunky broad side on, and that roof!...it's an uninspiring clutter, and it looks like the architects ran out of creativity right before they reached it.

The back has a strange shape, the facade is weird too, but I like it. This building looks futuristic...I'll give it an 8.

I like the area around the base, and the lower elements surrounding it. And the waterfront location definitely increases its overall score.

The building itself is fairly ordinary in design, but looks quite good I suppose.

Damn, I like it it! What I wouldn't give to have a place 70 stories up like that right on the water. It's sleek from some angles and imposing from others. Intersting facade that reflects beautifully and a good color for its surroundings.

Nice. Very nice indeed. Adds that little something to Kowloon that is so desperately needed. I give it a 9/10. :D

The slim side really gives it a super-tall look, and the back side has something of the Lloyds of London. Good. The sea-facing wide side is ugly. The cladding is standard for a HK apartment block. Means very bad. But it doesn't show too much on this back side. Escapes with an above average mark, thanks to good height.

I liek how slim and tall it is. Loving the color. Loving that. And I'm totally aa sucker for any super tall building sitting right on water. (river, bay, sound, sea, ocean.. whatever) 8/10

I can tell you that at night, the top lights up a golden yellow colour.
