AndrewC April 26th, 2005, 05:44 PM Mate of mines got one in the east end, lookin to sell, heres his number 08721 283473 - ask for ian beale Blunther April 26th, 2005, 05:47 PM What you gonna do with a railway arch? If you find out who to talk to enlighten us. I quite fancy one meself now you've mentioned it :) Englishman April 26th, 2005, 05:53 PM A friend of a friend of a friend bought one in camberwell i believe. I'll try and find out, but as it's a long chain - don't old your breath. I went to a gig there. They were squating there and were doing a kind of fundraising gig. One arch had a kitchen and bedrooms and stuff, the other was used as the venue. several bands played and the sold beer and stuff. Apparently they needed to raise the money for the dpeosit to buy the thing the next day or be victed or something like that. It can be done. Accura4Matalan April 26th, 2005, 06:00 PM Living in a railway arch must be so cool. DarJoLe April 26th, 2005, 06:10 PM It's mainly for a personal project that may turn into a long term commercial venture. The more rundown it is and remote the better to be honest. I can't find anything on the Internet. Zim Flyer April 26th, 2005, 06:31 PM A good place to start would be either local housing associations or the local councils websites. On there you will find a contact who rents local garages / lockups etc. That person won't be able to lease you an archway, but in his line of work should be in a position to let you know who would. Failing that, find a couple of units in a railway arch and go and ask them who their land lord is and ask for a phone number. Hope that helps. CharlieP April 26th, 2005, 06:41 PM Mate of mines got one in the east end, lookin to sell, heres his number 08721 283473 - ask for ian beale I don't think your mate would appreciate your posting his number on the Internet, but you've got it wrong anyway (0872xxxxxxx isn't a valid decode)! So you want it for a crack house then? AndrewC April 27th, 2005, 04:49 PM lol ManG. I think him and his brother want a to set up a mechanics so that they can have a job close to the local where their fancy lady sharon works. I predict tears, punch-ups and bad storylines involving the reincarnation of Lesley Grantham. elliott April 27th, 2005, 05:07 PM @andrewc God the people in the square aren't gonna be happy with you, lol Rigadon April 27th, 2005, 06:07 PM Why can some people not let jokes with some inacuracies go?
