I agree, the design is less exciting, doesn't "move" me! Just a simple box, with a glass curtain wall, with a crown-like tiara on top. It's kinda like a cross between Landmark Building (yep, those twin office blocks from the 1980s) and the Sudirman Place (yep, the 1 under construction - the Office Tower part!).

Where exactly on Jl. Sudirman is the Sudirman Plaza & Mayflower located?

yeah wopde, I agree with your assessments. Anyhow, I like city skylines that develop "naturally" over many years , like NY, HK, Sydney, Jakarta - as opposed to Pudong (Shanghai) and....Dubai.

I'm not sure bout this building, it looks glassy alright, but it looks a bit murky to me. Im not sure what makes it that way.

Even those grids, it doesnt finish nice. It looks rather annoying to me ..

and those logo, they can do better than that. They shouldnt put the logo on the crown, esp. not between those grids. It looks in a way to me.

I like the similar building in BKK, its simpler and those grids makes impact, its a nice addition to the regular boxy design, whereas ours looks insignificant - disturbing in fact. thats just me thou.

AAG belom minta izin dulu nih, soalnya katanya Indofood, Marein sama Marriot bayar mahal sekali untuk interior dalem nih gedung, dan penggunaan kamera untuk memfoto interior dalem gedung ini sangat dilarang.
