Park View Housing Society's new billboard at Liberty Chowk shows a rendering of a mall by the name Park View Mall and it says it'll be Pakistan's Biggest Shopping Complex... by the look of that render, it wasn't a high-rise (only two-three storeys) but it would occupy quite a large area (my guess).

Will it be Pakistan's BIGGEST shopping complex or is it just lure investors like everyone else does here in Pakistan. Everyone claims to be THE BEST, THE #1 or THE LARGEST here... let's wait 'n see.

I saw a full-page advertisement for this project in the newspaper yesterday. The rendering looked good but its no high-rise. It's more of an indoor mall like hypermarts in other parts of the world. According to the Ad, there'll be twin malls connected with each other via a glass overhead bridge. It'll have a floor dedicated completely for kids' entertainment and two floors for parking. (well that's what the Ad said). and YES, it is in Park View Housing Society (Opposite the new Airport).

the mall will then get made in the 2 green bits around the shopping complex and 5 star hotel i posted ^^^^^ because its the only big commmercial area on there map and its empty right now. its just about 35 kanals big, there are many malls bigger then 35 kanals proposed in pak right now. the biggest in pak will be bahrias's mega mall in lahore and second will be the retail mall in lake city on raiwind road, the billion dollar HS.

im not sure but i think park towers in karachi is bigger then 35 kanals.

No it isn't I've seen the actual rendering on a billboard in Lahore; it looks very nice. Infact there are two parts of the mall and you can cross it with a bridge which goes over the entrance of Parkview Homes. Looks very nice!

yeh i heard this will be a twin mall on 35 kanals, they will be connected with an overhead bridge over the main boulevard you can see in the bottom right corner

Its miles away from Gulberg.Its in Park view Housing on Ghazi Road near Allama Iqbal terminal. Somebody from Lahore may inform us whetehr the work is really going on or just planning and adverstising yet.

they say construction is mostly complete on the project, construction on mall starts next month and finishs in 2 years.

Park View is now part of DHA Phase 8. From what little I know, there is absolutely no sign of any construction at the Mall's site.
