Whenever you see a project you like and want to remember, simply post its name in this thread. Everyone can look up info. on eachother's submissions until we will have a few pages of projects to stay updated on. Use BOLD for project names if you can.

Some of my faveys:

-MOZO condos: funky, and ever-so-functional
-SP!RE condos: sleek and sexy
-COSMOPOLITAN hotel/condo: it really has style, especially considering it is a condominium tower. As well, it is very timeless and classy, and lastly, it is a very interesting infill project, nestled in a small space between two other buildings.
-OPUS + PANTAGES hotel/condo/spa: classy, simple, good location, add variety to area

Love:
18 Yorkville
OCAD
The little park on Cumberland (what a great use of urban space)
Schulich school of business

Hate:
Close Ave. Rehab center
St. Clair/Keele redevelopment area.
The Faux-Victorian townhomes that pop-up in former industrial areas of the old city.

Weary about. . .
Canada Life Addition
City Place

Ritz-Carlton:Nice and sexy. And it'll add to Toronto's skyline between CN and the main cluster too!

Cityplace, FYN, and any other waterfront condo tower that adds to the new Toronto west skyline simply for that reason, not for their architecture

MLSE square and towers: Nice towers, and includes a major tourist attraction.

I also love many more but there's just too many to say...

I am kinda hesitant about new project that are built along the waterfront, simply because I feel that it has the potential to block off the waterfront from the rest of the city. It is a permanent barrier btwn the water and the rest of the city. Very nice for those who have a residence in one of the towers facing the water, but otherwise a complete barrier to the rest of the city for the rest of us. I really like Murano, the Met, 18 Yorkville (<--Address correct?), Ellipse, 1 bloor east, collage park condos on bay, and sapphire mucho, if it gets built in its current design. Really loving any tower that is built that is blue. Spire is also nice.

Cheers..

Uptown
Spire

Even though neither is really tall enough for my liking.

The Uptown is 48s and 510 ft. and Spire is 45s and 475 ft. I don't know about you but IMO that's still pretty tall.

The soon-to-start Regent Park redevelopment has me very excited. Also, any infill projects that fill in the gaps are also great. As for taller buildings, I like 18 Yorkville, Radio City, Murano, and Skyline Cosmopolitan.

City Place is my least favourite by far.

This isn't a place to post pictures, so can you PM me photos of 236 Davenport? I love smaller projects!

Murano: Nice and slim towers that will add to the streetwall on bay street.

ROCP: Adding to the streetwall and I love the design. Art deco inspired steel and glass tower. Sounds nice.

AGO Expansion: I love the new front of the building.[/B]

etc.
