Kashmiri84 April 17th, 2006, 05:55 AM We've gotta work on the names of these projects
Techno-Architect April 17th, 2006, 09:46 PM @Abid S
Most of the housing scheme are going down these days! Im sure u r aware of the loss it is bringing to the micro investors!! even places like Top City are going below half!! If they dont do anythin abt the airport soon that peice of land if gonna be all crap!!
Techno-Architect April 17th, 2006, 09:52 PM Kashmiri u suggest us some good name since uve said it now!
NewYork-wala April 18th, 2006, 10:46 AM Yeah, I agree with Kashmiri,, we Pakistanis have no imagination when naming things. I mean, it doesnt take much to think of an appealing name...
vc15nets April 19th, 2006, 03:04 PM Damn corny name. Seriously where is the creativity. I wouldnt buy a house here even if it was a 100 times better than Bahria Town simply because of the name.
Kashmiri84 April 23rd, 2006, 01:44 AM its not my job as the consumer to name projects. the producer needs to come up with good names, i as a consumer am well within my bounds to judge names. the argument "can you do any better?!" doesnt apply in a consumer-producer relationship. Sorry to use marxist terminology.
But how about:
Madinat-ul-Tijaara or something like that. Or maybe give it a name that doesnt need to allude to business like "West Islamabad" or something along those lines.
asfar April 23rd, 2006, 02:47 AM the name isnnt bad but i dont know why they named it bankers city...i mean its like as if its a city for bankers.
Techno-Architect July 31st, 2006, 03:17 AM Today I got my Letter from Banker City
Any updates u got fer us AS? Have u got any plan or map of this society.....
looking forward for some news.... :)
Sikandar July 31st, 2006, 07:01 AM I'm seriously hoping this doesn't get built. I would rather have green fields and wait for a real development to come along rather than waste prime real estate on this kind of garbage. The planning, the architecture, the renderings too for that matter, it's all just very bad.
Kanwar July 31st, 2006, 03:30 PM Assalamualaikum,
Would anybody be sitting on the correct status of Bankers City with regards to eg.
1). Development and progress so far,
2). Currents prices for the different sizes of the plots/files, as these are not available on their website.
3). Genuine project with possibilities in near future, or just another scandal or failure..?
Thanks.
