I looked up the gov of Nefoundland websit and it looks like you guys are going to be recording yet ANOTHER deficit this year 2005.
Where the hell is all the money going. NewF already has the highest debt percapita in the country.$19,200.
What about all that fresh money you guys got from the feds for the Atlantic Accord? Where did it go?
Do these figure include the new money or no? If not then what are the priorityies of the gov't when you get it??

I think they don't have the money yet.
(IMO you are just trying to start another argument.)

They buy as much alcohol as they can and then the rest is burned just to spite the rest of the country.

By the sarcasm, I'll assume you're building another vegetable greenhouse or bridge to nowhere or maybe just decided to give Quebec all your hydro for free.

They are using the money to buy Saltspring Island.

Once the offshore oil sites begin to flow (I don't know when that is), then the Atlantic provinces will have more prosperous economies, just give it some time. Don't forget that their natural resources were being tapped out long before the Western provinces.

fourth consecutive balanced budget

health spending up $218 million, or 9.3% over last year

Health care is like a bottomless pit in this province.

In general to Tories here are not good at managing their spending. Even with federal money the debt has grown during the current premier's terms.

they didn't get any money because Ottawa hasn't voted the federal budget yet...

ssiguy2 do some research before posting crap.
