Anyone have any suggestions on the absoloutely best camera that I can buy for around 200 dollars?

Canon A510 / A520 could be a good option.

A camera I have off my own is the Fujifilm finepix s3100. $250
But I got it online for $200!!!!

Really depends on what you want from the camera. Do you need a zoom, high quality or a really compact size?

High quality...I just want something that can take really proffesional lookin photos.
