Well I have been kind of scarce around here lately. I guess a personal vendetta towards the cancellation of 1101. BUT I must say, the whole Empire deal getting maybe a step further does make me happier.

Much as I want to believe, recent downsizings had made me an agnostic as regards really tall buildings in Miami. ;)

Wouldn't do us any good if that part of downtown was already built on.

i hear alot of bull about faa lol you know they aproved an air tower at opa locka airport less than 1/4 the size of a standard tower.It was made out of old rusted crates and a camper.we have 60 mph wind storms randomly in the summer.It puts the traffic controlers in grave danger.I also heard the FAA has no right to stop a person from developing a high rise. they can only make suggestions.If i was a developer id build as high as I can get.The taller the more money I make, the taller the better
