Hi everybody :hi: All the time we just talk and discuss about one or other seperate project of highrises so I decided to take everything in one place and to see all the situation. I've decided to take three Baltic states because there are quite many discussions from it.
There will be included buildings which are under construction or just proposals yet.
So here we go..

As you can see the situation is quite similar in all three countries.
There would be a huge high-rise district if we take all those scrapers in one place ;)

Great comparisons.. Soon Tallinn high-rise cluster is very cool when twin towers and Tartu road 15 building are completed.

yeah, we need Kaunas :) maybe Panevezys, Siauliai or Tartu will join the diagrams of skyscrapers someday...

Tartu already has a decent scraper plus i has got and had plans for more, but the force in nimbys is strong there ;)

Well Europe tower in Vilnius has the same height with spire

But look..it is 140m without a spire :eek: maybe the biggest high-rise will be in Kaunas soon...?

Well yeah it is me. The height in meters is aproximetly, if the tower is 35 fl. and if it is an office tower it has to be about 4 m. per floore so the height is about 140 m.

I thought Aiwa found it somewhere in the internet...is it Aiwa?or u created it yourself?:)

I know this project. funny detail in it - it will be on purpose few meters higher than Vilnius Europe Tower (don't remember exact height). eternal rivals..:)

So how high has Klaipeda`s municipality have to be? 142? Will it be enough? :D
We should start searching for a plot right now :D
