I need to know how large the Toronto Metro area is ... I found this site that says Toronto is 641 SQ. KM ... but thats only talking about the city of Toronto, not the actually Metro area ... right?

Hope someone can help me out ASAP.

Thanks!

I think the total CMA area is someplace on the Stats Canada website.

From community profiles at Statistics Canada it says 5902.74 sq.km. from the 2001 census.

This may change after the next census? The 5868 number is from the 1996 census.
