It kind of doesn't make sense why they're building so high near the airport. The area is more suited for industrial, commerical development.

It's not very far from where my brother lives, so I'll be able to have a look at that place. :D It's supposed to be near Lansdowne Park Mall, I think. That particular area is largely a mix of commercial and residential, but actually not much industrial. You get a lot more of the industrial stuff on the other side of the No. 3 Road.

They are not that close to the airport. There are actually closer towers (to YVR) that are the same size. Personally, I think they are really nice and a different looking building from what are commonly built in Richmond. Plus they are very close to two very good malls, parks, downtown Richmond, the airport, the freeway and an area that is potential to a lot of development. Looks good.
