if i remember well ajman has a gigantic skyline of 5 buildings of about 15 storeys :D

Don't think it's 64 floors, but 'only' 51. See the floor plan of the 2 bedroom apartments, the garage is located at the back of the building.

Today Gulfnews has an advert of this tower.Completion 2008.
1 b/r around 500.000 dhs..

... and 10 parking levels are indeed integrated into the tower and not in a separate building as someone suggested above.

Seaview 1 and 2 beds can be bought on resale for around 510 - 530 AED psf.
Is it still a good investment?
Are there enough end users in Ajman who can buy apartments in excess of 1 million dirhams or will they be foreigners.
I dont think there are any other towers in Ajman which are seafront like this one
Can prices double from here

The sea is on the opposite side of the tower. Yes, this is a 100% freehold property. What is the psf for 1 B/R ?

progress rate is one floor on 2 weeks so what can i say mid of 2011 ..

U shouldn't expect speed like in dubai at all . but what iam talkin about is because i want ajman many times and i never seein progress .....They are at parking stage i donoo what will happin after 3-6months from now when they will reach the 1st floor i actually depend on site progress not in catalog estimated date. and BTW tallest tower in centre of ajman takes 3years don't be surprise it's of course ajman!!

Thanks dear. The problem is that on the next month I'll stay in Dubai for purchase and my maximum budget is 500k aed and I have not choose if purchase a studio in Dubai(JVS,JLT,etc) or a 3BR in Paradise Lakes or a 1BR in Corniche Tower, for my occupancy and in future like investment(resale).

Friends, I had opportunity to visit the site.
50 of 52 floors are completed. Concrete completion in 3 weeks.
Interior works going on and fast progressing.

Completion sure by July 2010.

Note: It is going to be the tallest tower as of now in AJMAN and the most luxurious of the one in AJMAN with Sea Views.

Yes, project is now handing over. The handover started last month. Electricity and water are connected. Building is looking good and over 100 of the 400 odd apartments have been handed over already.
