eusebius May 15th, 2005, 12:12 AM Wouldn't you agree to:
Dunkerk and Flanders become part of Arnhem/newNL; Liège, Charleroi and such become part of Luxembourg (and reign it)? Dover would get to become Kent for eternity.

That's a good idea, I support it.
Kara May 15th, 2005, 02:06 AM I second that...it would be dull indeed without eusebius.
ranny fash May 15th, 2005, 07:11 AM it wud b dull without benches
Caiman May 15th, 2005, 10:40 AM I support this notion.

I completely agree
Lostboy May 15th, 2005, 07:23 PM Belguim seems to be very quickly devoured among its neighbours, like Eusebius hints at. I don't think there will be a Belguim in another ten years.
Zim Flyer May 15th, 2005, 07:47 PM I like Eusebious, he is one of the great UK Skybar characters (I'm sure he posts in other skybars - but I only hang around in this one) and although most of his posts I don't understand, I still like reading them.
and he is a Dutch man that likes cricket, so don't be too hard on him.
Englishman May 15th, 2005, 11:25 PM i don't get the hatred. eusebius's quirky little ramblings are fucking hilarious. the man's an ssc treasure.
i agree. I think for a breif couple of days 6 months ago I had him on ignore, but I think he is up there with ill fenomino and Kampflamm and Azimov for people who liven the place up. Nick Taylor and Monkey are interesting entertainment at times too.
Englishman May 15th, 2005, 11:28 PM Belguim seems to be very quickly devoured among its neighbours, like Eusebius hints at. I don't think there will be a Belguim in another ten years.
it could work out ok, with Brussels being a city state that is the capital of the EU and remaining parts going to the Netherlands, France Germany etc as each part is more akin too. It makes little difference these days with the exception of tax hat with free trad and movement. A city that talks every language and is beholden to none could make for the best place for the UE capital.
Lostboy May 16th, 2005, 12:10 AM I think Brussels would make a good Washington DC. I also am very sympathetic to Flemish Seperatists, (not Vlaams Blok though) who are simply trying to look after themselves and not pay for those lazy Walloons.
eusebius May 16th, 2005, 01:35 AM I'd move to Wallony! They're not obsessed with work or a career and throw a party! That area together with Luxembourg and the Alsace is the best wine area north of the Alps.
When independent, Vlaanderen can take over the title as ugliest landscape EU member from Nederland
We'd be saved here!

Pobbie Rarr May 17th, 2005, 07:10 PM Bijt mijn linkerbil?
Caiman May 17th, 2005, 07:20 PM You're good Pobbie, do you speak Dutch for real then? I thought it was a pisstake.
Pobbie Rarr May 17th, 2005, 07:22 PM Nah not really, I'm trying to learn over the Internet. Online transators are OK for vocab but useless with grammar.
Caiman May 18th, 2005, 05:32 PM Online translators for English>Dutch... I weren't aware of any, directions? :p
Pobbie Rarr May 18th, 2005, 05:39 PM world.altavista.com
Like I said, the vocab's Ok but the grammar's a bit shite, so try to avoid translating whole passages.
Pobbie Rarr May 19th, 2005, 12:14 AM Also, www.dutchgrammar.com is an excellent starting point for Dutch.
eusebius May 19th, 2005, 01:21 AM enjoy stumbling over our indirect objects ;) it's tricky, leftovers from having 4 to 5 falls. lithuanian has 7 name falls  german is inbetween; better start learning Nederlands from Deutsch first. You may care for Spinvis which is loungy and a bit like Badly Drawn Boy. He singmumbles in Nederlands. Maybe music will help understanding. You'll need it. Zeker weten.
Pobbie Rarr May 19th, 2005, 01:24 AM Are you talking about noun cases?
eusebius May 19th, 2005, 02:00 AM  I was translating Deutsch

Pobbie Rarr May 19th, 2005, 02:01 AM Now I'm lost... did anyone catch the number of that armadillo?
eusebius May 19th, 2005, 02:05 AM I listen to BBC and internet radio, no local stations. I listen to TOTP on BBC World Service which is weird, Tony Christie right after say Bloc Party or Chemical Brothers.

Pobbie Rarr May 19th, 2005, 02:42 AM I fyou say so.. I see Scooter are still scraping the Top 50. :ohno:
eusebius May 19th, 2005, 02:51 AM I really have no clue to what's on radio and in the charts, I cannot bear any worse than TOTP. In the good old days, Making Plans For Nigel would scrape the bottom of a top30. this top50 was cut from a top100. NL used to be huge market, you could sell well over a million, think the best selling album was the flute player from Focus (Hocus Pocus was an international hit, UK too), close to 4 million.
We ship popular classical crap to Germany :D

DiggerD21 May 19th, 2005, 05:00 AM Dutch charts seem to be as crappy as german charts. When I was in Enschede two weeks ago we were woken up with crappy german and dutch apres-ski-"songs". :bash:

Caiman May 23rd, 2005, 11:15 PM Fuck the BBC
eusebius May 23rd, 2005, 11:23 PM wait till you've seen Italy's RAI Uno
Pobbie Rarr May 24th, 2005, 07:12 PM Anyone familiar with Focus, a Dutch prog-rock band from the 70s? HOcus Pocus has to be one of the funniest songs I've ever heard.
eusebius May 24th, 2005, 11:47 PM and did you know Half Man Half Biscuit devoted a song to their guitar player, Jan Akkerman? www.hmhb.co.uk
I have the 7inch. 2,500 quid the minimum bid
Ah, yes, the 70's. We had a true left-wing government, trade surplus, budget surplus, sending millions to Africa, actively fought (though diplomatically) the fascists in Greece, Portugal and Spain. Ah, those were the days. John Peel compered the Pinkpop festival, inciting the crowd to shout 'John Peel's a cunt'.
We had traffic-free sundays! The Queen was a broad.
Now we're dissatisfied bigots, rambling about different people on the internet.
Caiman May 25th, 2005, 12:20 AM Hocus Pocus is a good song, for a laugh.
There are some real bastards out there. Hey, I'm heading back to the Netherlands next month to see my friend once again! For a little longer this time, I want to try and be attacked by the Utrecht gangs I've heard so much about.
eusebius May 25th, 2005, 12:33 AM Tell me about those Utrecht gangs. I'm not aware of any!
Pobbie Rarr May 25th, 2005, 05:55 PM I love your Rhine Delta. It's pretty unique in this corner of Europe.
rdj May 25th, 2005, 06:25 PM Tell me about those Utrecht gangs. I'm not aware of any!
Choose one:
- Lonsdale jochies (they're white so don't bore me with the racist bigot thing again)
- Morrocan youth
- Antillianen
;)
Caiman May 25th, 2005, 07:10 PM Yeah, so there! Trains are a bloody rip off, you know I got a few wierd looks while I was sat on t'upper deck from the Dutch, like they could sense my foreigness.
eusebius May 26th, 2005, 12:24 AM you're sure they were Dutch? They could have been from RDJ's cowdump, feeling insecure in a sophisticated mean of transport.
rdj May 26th, 2005, 09:25 AM Frisians are what separates you from the rest of the Germans, be thankful Nederduitser.
Morrocans usually travel by goat or camel so indeed they could have been intimidated by that (ooooh, am I a racist now).
DonQui May 26th, 2005, 09:36 AM why so much hatred against the Frisians?
rdj May 26th, 2005, 09:53 AM It's not that serious, he calls me a dumb Frisian, I call him a German. It's just harmless play.
rdj May 26th, 2005, 09:56 AM They think they're superior because they earn more money. I think that's bullshit since a house in Lowergermany (netherlands) costs twice as much as in Friesland. They might earn more, but I get to keep more. Plus they have trafficjams, a waaay to rushed and neurotic society, immigration problems, etc. etc. ;)
And we think we're superior because we are just stronger, prettier. We're what gave the Dutch their famous blond hair. We're the reason why the Dutch are taller than most Europeans. We're the reason Dutch pronounce the "g" and "r" in a Nordic fashion. They would have been either German or Belgian without us.
Like I said, be thankfull, you slimey pseudo-German :)
eusebius May 26th, 2005, 01:59 PM well, since you're such a vain tosser, posting pics, I know you're just as ugly as your dog
and at least an Arnhem boxer won medals at the Olympics, you're just strong from wanking over your own picture
Pobbie Rarr May 26th, 2005, 04:43 PM How do you Dutchies pronounce "ui"? :?

eusebius May 26th, 2005, 08:33 PM Allow me to update your information on the NL: his terrain will be flooded while I'll have a nice lake at the foot of the village meadows and hills
eusebius May 26th, 2005, 08:41 PM Oh yes
how do we pronounce 'ui'
that'll be tough for you:
loud = luid
and it should be pronounced like
you caught me there
it's a combination of 2 vowels, those aren't being used in English weirdly enough.
Here's to how:
lower your lower lip, kinda curl it
while your tongue should come forward
similar to when you say 'but' or 'gut'
SHiRO May 27th, 2005, 01:22 AM I don't know of a word in English that is pronounced like "ui".
Pobbie Rarr May 27th, 2005, 01:24 PM I guess you have to hear it to pronounce it properly.
The "g" sound is easy (I did Spanish for 5 years, it sounds like a Spanish "j"). It does seem peculiar however to have such a sound in a Germanic tongue. How did you come to start pronouncing it different from German?
eusebius May 27th, 2005, 08:57 PM Degeneration
DonQui May 27th, 2005, 08:58 PM Degeneration
so is Dutch just degenerated German? :eek2:
eusebius May 27th, 2005, 09:04 PM Genau!
Exactly!
The Dutch are dispicable; they live in Holland; they smell like dairy turned sour; they think being rude is funny and the only purpose the Dutch serve is to be buried belly to the ground in order to use their buttocks, overgrown through cycling for generations, as bike stands.
SHiRO May 27th, 2005, 09:15 PM Sod off eusebius, you Holland hating joker (stole that from carfentanyl)
I'm not from Holland, but you are ridiculous...
eusebius May 27th, 2005, 09:21 PM well most of my remarks on the Dutch were once suggested by English living in Holland
Or rather; go to that Chicago vs Amsterdam thread with foreigners now living in Amsterdam actually confirming what I put down as facts, yet slightly exaggerated.
The Dutch are a plague! The world needs new pesticides
rdj May 28th, 2005, 10:00 AM You prejudiced racist ... boohoo I'll run to mommy now
Pobbie Rarr May 31st, 2005, 06:34 PM Genau!

Sounds more like a definition of Britain. :)
Caiman May 31st, 2005, 08:07 PM You rescued it!
eusebius June 1st, 2005, 05:50 AM What did he rescue? A bike?
Jon-
The Railways magazine runs an article on walking around Boxmeer in the current issue. So ask for your copy while you're travelling the Nederlandse Spoorwegen again, or just for the info on this Boxmeer walk. And you'll be followed. It's quite suspicous for someone to travel to Boxmeer, let alone twice in a period of a few months.
Pobbie Rarr June 2nd, 2005, 05:28 PM Whereabouts in NL is Boxmeer?
Pobbie Rarr June 2nd, 2005, 05:34 PM I assume you voted "Ja" then. :)
SHiRO June 2nd, 2005, 05:38 PM Fucking Dutch!! :hell:

SHiRO June 2nd, 2005, 06:41 PM Who's going?
Pobbie Rarr June 2nd, 2005, 07:06 PM I'll take rdj's place if you want. I wouldn't mind taking in the sights of Friesland.
eusebius June 2nd, 2005, 11:00 PM Whereabouts in NL is Boxmeer?
South of Nijmegen, East of Eindhoven, North of Venlo, West of Goch, Deutschland, along the river Meuse (Maas)
eusebius June 2nd, 2005, 11:06 PM I assume you voted "Ja" then. :)
So did I, the NL forumers voted 52%no 48%yes methinks, I didn't bother to vote on the forum. I should mingle more with people who watch crap TV and believe populist agitators. Such a strong opposition never appeared to me.
rdj June 2nd, 2005, 11:25 PM Who's going?
You are. You said you didn't want to live in a country that does not agree with you. So bye bye.
rdj June 2nd, 2005, 11:32 PM I'll take rdj's place if you want. I wouldn't mind taking in the sights of Friesland.
Take shiro's place, he's the one with complaints. I'm not sure which country would satisfy his superiority complex but perhaps he wants to trade places with you. Then again probably not because you don't even have the Euro so he's probably an even more superior being in Brittain.
Oh well...
SHiRO June 2nd, 2005, 11:40 PM So did I, the NL forumers voted 52%no 48%yes methinks, I didn't bother to vote on the forum. I should mingle more with people who watch crap TV and believe populist agitators. Such a strong opposition never appeared to me.
No, on the Dutch forum the mayority was for this treaty.
55,9% for
44,1% against
SHiRO June 2nd, 2005, 11:41 PM You are. You said you didn't want to live in a country that does not agree with you. So bye bye.
Sorry, but one is not necessarily the consequence of the other.
And please stop the personal attacks. This discussion has been heated, but I never insulted anyone in it and your accusations about me feeling superior are based on very little. I might have said that voting no is ignorant, seeing the reasons why people voted no, there even is some merit to that comment. I don't see however that it warrants reactions like yours even now, when everything is done.
eusebius June 2nd, 2005, 11:45 PM We should officially denounce the results. People won't go into the streets protesting. We'll show some porn and Big Brother shower scenes and they'd stay at home, glued to the box. The campaign is to blame. The YES vote should have gotten you IKEA vouchers and such. Would have been an easy win ;)
eusebius June 2nd, 2005, 11:47 PM No, on the Dutch forum the mayority was for this treaty.
Yippie! :cucumber:
Brands us the Utrecht of the internet forums :D
rdj June 3rd, 2005, 10:43 AM And please stop the personal attacks.

Kampflamm June 3rd, 2005, 11:18 AM He did? OMG!
How about Brazil, Shiro? No referendums over there.
Capzilla June 3rd, 2005, 04:16 PM That's rich, coming from the person who called me an ignorant fuck.
And me delusional, neo-con.. (whatever the fuck that's supposed to be, I think it's slang for "non-liberal")
But come on let's have some fun, maybe SHiRO couldn't convince the stupid Dutch for the treaty but surely he'll convince our British friends here? I bet they are very willing to vote 'yes'! ;)
Pobbie Rarr June 3rd, 2005, 05:19 PM South of Nijmegen, East of Eindhoven, North of Venlo, West of Goch, Deutschland, along the river Meuse (Maas)
Ah, in the rivery east of the country.
The Maas is truly one of Europe's most underrated rivers, especially given it's confluence with the Rhine Delta.
 :cucumber: :carrot: :banana2: :pepper:
eusebius June 3rd, 2005, 10:40 PM We made a waterresort from the Maas! In need of sand (construction) huge artificial lakes were dug out.

Delusional and neo con are not insults...
eusebius June 4th, 2005, 06:49 PM Why doesn't the pair of you meet at a Zwolle schoolyard and perform your childish act there? Thank you! This is about fudge, not about fuss.
eusebius June 4th, 2005, 06:52 PM Delusional and neo con are not insults...
OK then, you asked for this; you're the epitomy of a con man
SHiRO June 4th, 2005, 07:11 PM I have no ill will towards rdj. I think he's a fine forumer and I agree with him on most issues.
I'm just frustrated and mad at people who voted no in the referenda and who are not communists, neo cons or nationalists.
I'm thus not mad at Capzilla, because according to his ideas he should have voted no.
The constitution banned the possibility of the death penalty and he wants the death penalty back, so by all means vote no.
btw con man sounds like an accusation...
eusebius June 4th, 2005, 07:40 PM It deservedly does be one! We'd better leave it right here.
Your favourite Maas town or city? You're more southern than I am.
rdj June 6th, 2005, 08:58 AM Why doesn't the pair of you meet at a Zwolle schoolyard and perform your childish act there?
I have no beef with Shiro, it takes a lot more than just calling me ignorant.
Anyway, will you be there too in Zwolle? Perhaps it isn't such a bad idea afterall.
Capzilla June 6th, 2005, 12:24 PM Go Lions!
Pobbie Rarr June 6th, 2005, 02:37 PM We made a waterresort from the Maas! In need of sand (construction) huge artificial lakes were dug out.

Funky chicken. :banana2:
I wish Britain had big fuck-off rivers like the Maas or the Rhine (the Thames is very overrated). :(
Pobbie Rarr June 6th, 2005, 02:40 PM Your favourite Maas town or city?
Ooh, I couldn't possibly answer that one! :D
Let me see... Luik, Maastricht, Boxmeer, Dordrecht?
PS whereabouts does the Maas stop being the Maas? The way the Maas and Rhine deltae merge is most confusing.
eusebius June 6th, 2005, 09:20 PM Yes, it is confusing. The Rhine splits into: Waal, IJssel, Lek (translates as 'leak' :D ), the Maas becomes Bergse Maas (mountainous Maas :D ) and flows into 'Biesbosch' (wild chives grow there, yum ) and then only a few miles south of Dordrecht becomes 'Hollands Diep' and reaches the (former) shores of Zeeland. Some parts genuinely nice, and spoilt:
http://home.wxs.nl/~windsh/parken/Moerdijk.jpg
Oude (old) Maas flows west to Dordrecht, south of Rotterdam, Nieuwe Maas is the confluence of: Hollandse IJssel (yes another IJssel!), Lek (Rhine arm), Noord (North, the imagination that went into these names :master: ) and Merwede which has most watervolume from the original Maas via Afgedamde Maas (Maas with dam). Afamous spot is Slot Loevestein, Huge de Groot (or Grotius) escaped in a book chest!

SHiRO June 6th, 2005, 09:27 PM LOL, eusebius wants to explain Dutch water management to foreigners...
eusebius June 6th, 2005, 10:01 PM That's no watermanagement kid. It's physiography with a bit of history and biology thrown in!
mk61 June 6th, 2005, 10:02 PM Personally, I love windmills.
eusebius June 6th, 2005, 10:10 PM I just get on my horse and attack 'em :D
mk61 June 6th, 2005, 10:19 PM That's a bit quixotic, if you ask me....
SHiRO June 6th, 2005, 11:40 PM That's no watermanagement kid. It's physiography with a bit of history and biology thrown in!
Virtually every stretch of water in the Netherlands is managed (influenced by humans).
The point was that I imagen it is hard for non Dutch to fully appreciate our relationship with water...:D
eusebius June 6th, 2005, 11:54 PM No, them Swiss melt snow and let us take it to the sea. No management, sheer power politics! Take it or be flooded.
Capzilla June 7th, 2005, 11:02 AM Damn the Swiss. Looks like they might be in Schengen soon by the way, that's quite ironic.
eusebius June 7th, 2005, 09:51 PM Damn the Swiss.
Dam the whole of Switzerland :D > Europe's clean water reservoir, and great for iceskating in Winter :D
Pobbie Rarr June 8th, 2005, 04:00 PM I bet you guys suffered after that chemical blast on the Rhine upstream at Basel.
That's the annoying thing about living at a river mouth: everyone upstream fucks the river up and you pay the consequences. I can remember an oil spillage in the Mersey at Warrington: the fishies at Liverpool took a pasting.
eusebius June 8th, 2005, 05:46 PM Well, they make up with a few regional HQs (of Swiss chemical companies) in Arnhem, so some of their own employees share our 'discomfort'. I'm lucky. Drinkingwater comes from rain, filtered by sand on the hills. The worst pollution has always been French mines dumping waste in the Maas. And killing the last bit of life in the Northsea is a grand EU co-operation: BNLX, UK, France, BRD and CH (no EU as of yet) :carrot:
Pobbie Rarr June 9th, 2005, 04:06 PM You Dutchies were always good at reclaiming land. You should reclaim more of the North Sea so that the Thames becomes a tributary of the Rhine.
eusebius June 10th, 2005, 06:34 AM It was like that eons ago! I am in favour of a TGV to London, directly from The Hague or Rotterdam. If we both nationalise Royal Dutch Shell and British Petroleum, we have tons of billions to build that. With seal resorts, tourist ports and dairy farms along the way
Capzilla June 10th, 2005, 10:05 AM I miss the winters when you could ice skate from Rotterdam to London.
rdj June 10th, 2005, 11:47 AM You Dutchies were always good at reclaiming land. You should reclaim more of the North Sea so that the Thames becomes a tributary of the Rhine.
Then London will finally be called Almere Buiten!
Cabman June 13th, 2005, 01:00 AM Then London will finally be called "Almere Buiten"!
Translation please.
eusebius June 13th, 2005, 02:46 AM Almere is a satellite town and the 'park' neighbourhood is Buiten (literally: outside). Almere is to the east of Amsterdump so naming London (to the west) after it would be typically Dutch and thus automatically wrong.
Almere is where kids on mopeds drive over a cricket pitch. Fun indeed, eh?
Pobbie Rarr June 13th, 2005, 04:41 AM I miss the winters when you could ice skate from Rotterdam to London.
Ah!
It's hard to believe that the Thames used to freeze over in the winter, and that "frost fairs" were held on the ice (the last one was in 1814). Nowadays, a few drops of sleet and the whole of Britain comes to a standstill never mind London. :bash:
So in the olden days, you may well have been able to ice-skate from Nederland to London. It reminds me of January 1982, when the sea between Denmark and Sweden froze completely. Next time the Gulf Stream fucks up, just give me a call and I'll meet you halfway across the sea. :D
eusebius June 13th, 2005, 05:29 AM the stand you'd find on ice, is what we call 'koek-en-zopie'
http://www.werkijs.nl/koek%20en%20zopie%20galgewater%202.jpg
rdj June 13th, 2005, 11:00 AM Almere is a satellite town and the 'park' neighbourhood is Buiten (literally: outside). Almere is to the east of Amsterdump so naming London (to the west) after it would be typically Dutch and thus automatically wrong.
.... So Almere is called Almere because it's west of Amsterdam ....
:|
Pobbie Rarr June 13th, 2005, 10:56 PM A frozen Rhine Delta. You Dutchies would be living in Wonderlnad.

Pobbie Rarr June 14th, 2005, 02:31 AM Do ya reckon he'll set up Wonderland somewhere near Boxmeer as a second home? :D
Bikkel June 14th, 2005, 02:34 AM I guess so, it is located near Nijmegen which is the center of the universe
Caiman June 14th, 2005, 02:43 AM Do ya reckon he'll set up Wonderland somewhere near Boxmeer as a second home? :D
I hope so, Boxmeer is such a lovely little quaint backwater nothing, much lovlier than anywhere in this slimey city! MJ+NeverNeverWonderland+Boxmeer+Clogs=insanely happy manc
Bikkel, when I was walking under a tunnel in Nijmegen train station to transfer to the Boxmeer train, three punks we're making sexual advances on me. 1 post? Did you sign up to contribute to our ducking thread?
Pobbie Rarr June 14th, 2005, 02:46 AM Welkom Bikkel! (if indeed you are a Nijmegener)
Bikkel June 14th, 2005, 02:47 AM I killed my boss, heyhey. He felt dogs shouldn't be allowed on the forum. Saved his brain though, it's in a fridge with an USB port :pepper:
Bikkel June 14th, 2005, 02:48 AM Iedereen is Nijmegenaar. Je moet het willen!

Pobbie Rarr June 14th, 2005, 02:51 AM So you're a canine fugitive in need of hospitality? Welcome to our intra-Ingvaeonic love community.
Bikkel June 14th, 2005, 02:57 AM No worry mate, I sleep under his bed now. He never allowed that when he faked to be alive. Being dead in a fridge will teach him.
Do you know what they do to my kind when we become retarded - like my boss was - they treat us as if we're Janis Joplin or someone. Shove a needle up a leg and that's it.
Pobbie Rarr June 14th, 2005, 03:10 AM I know all too well... I miss Mop, my Old English Sheepdog who was put down by vets about 8 years ago. :(
Bikkel June 14th, 2005, 03:19 AM My boss is not like that, my old nephew Biesheuvel died peacefully in his basket but we noticed first and boss didn't understand so at first. We're smarter.
Pobbie Rarr June 14th, 2005, 03:31 AM It's good to see a species other than the chimpanzee competing with mankind for intellectual dominance.
Bikkel June 14th, 2005, 03:38 AM Chimpanzees? Who they?
http://www.poseidondiving.com/hanquet/3delf.jpg
OK, ok, chimpanzees can log on to a forum as well
but with a donkey in the White House these days, well frankly anything goes
Pobbie Rarr June 14th, 2005, 03:39 AM You do have a point.
PS I'm actually a duck-billed platypus.

Pobbie Rarr June 17th, 2005, 12:39 AM Yum.
Caiman June 17th, 2005, 12:47 AM I just don't understand it.
Pobbie Rarr June 17th, 2005, 02:34 AM Understand what? How a talking dog arrives on the thread out of seemingly nowhere? Funny how eusebius has gone missing these past couple of days.
Medo June 17th, 2005, 02:41 AM Eusebius missing?
Medo June 17th, 2005, 02:42 AM  :cucumber:
Pobbie Rarr June 17th, 2005, 02:58 AM The talking dog's online! Perhap's he could enlighten us...
Bikkel June 17th, 2005, 03:16 AM North of Arnhem there's a puma on the loose and the first to fall victim to the mean beast was Eusebius, with his Dutch courage he offered the puma scotch and Dutch gin. You can guess the rest. We're preserving his remains in case future science can put him together again.
Anyhow, in the Dutch Whingers bar someone complained about the Ducking Futch thread being an insanity. Well, how many of you thought of a fudge when they saw the title?
Medo June 17th, 2005, 03:23 AM :dunno:
Puma? :runaway:
Bikkel June 17th, 2005, 03:43 AM .... So Almere is called Almere because it's west of Amsterdam ....
:|
You have a Frysian worm up your brain, mate! Almere is the name of the Kampen Grammar School ... Founded ages before the town was.
Pobbie Rarr June 17th, 2005, 03:45 AM Anyhow, in the Dutch Whingers bar someone complained about the Ducking Futch thread being an insanity. Well, how many of you thought of a fudge when they saw the title?
Show me!
BTW, you should see the original "Fucking Dutch" thread.
Bikkel June 17th, 2005, 03:46 AM -Medo
Yes, a puma no less! Yet no one ever took a picture. It might just as well be a dog, watched by a lady who drank one glass of sherry too many.

Bikkel, have you ever seen this thread before: Fucking Dutch (http://skyscrapercity.com/showthread.php?t=189531)
Bikkel June 17th, 2005, 04:05 AM Oh, Pobbie
I'm using the same pair of scissorhands as Eusebius was during the pre-puma era while the brain seems to be connected through some odd failure :D
Pobbie Rarr June 17th, 2005, 04:08 AM I'm in the mood for some Dutch profanity: rot op ezelpik! Ga een schaap neuken! Je moeder heeft een lul! Godverdomme, je klootzak!
:D
Bikkel June 17th, 2005, 04:32 AM I can't find a donkey. My mother's been dead for some time. But I am a klootzak; I mean how many children have you got? Child #4 has just announced its arrival. If it were up to me, we'd be having six but I'm not the mother. When #6 should come, I ought to be looking for a new room to post these crap replies.
OK, here are some profanities for you to enjoy reading:
Pijp de vuilverbranding, jij achterlijk albert hein hoertje
Neuk de wallen, amsterdammer paaltje
