It's not your average art-deco tower but the developer calls it "art deco inspiried steel and glass tower".

Latoso May 15th, 2005, 04:42 AM West Harbor looks a bit like the NBC Tower in Chicago. It is itself inspired by 30 Rockefeller Center.

it doesnt strike me as art-deco, but it has the classic massing of those art-deco era skyscrapers: base, shaft, and crown.
