在97交接之后有无英人自愿驻留香港？如果有，这些人有无PRC国籍？有无特区ID卡？

还有那些南洋移民，97之后有无交代？

Hk citizens could hold more than one passport
the most common are HKSAR and BNO(British National overseas)
One was issued prior to 97 one was issued after ...
Some are holders of BP(british passport)
Most have at least two HKSAR and BNO
while some has three with one from overseas ...
There are still a number of expats living in hk they are holder of
HKID card and they can choose to hold whichever passports they want

I think its not possible for us to get a PRC passport unless we decide to give up our SAR and BNo

I hold 2 myself, so it's quite convenient especially when a country doesn't require a visa for one but not the other.
